How do I install my eSIM?

After purchase, your QR code appears in your dashboard and email. On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → scan the QR. On Android: Settings → Network → SIMs → Add eSIM. Turn on data roaming for the Carreh line when you arrive.

When does my eSIM data start counting?

Your plan validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination — not when you buy it. So you can buy ahead of your trip with no rush.

How do Carreh Euros work?

Accepted Answer

You earn 5%–10% cashback on eligible eSIM purchases based on your membership level. Carreh Euros are credited automatically, never expire, and can be redeemed at checkout on future eSIMs.

Do completed trips update my Atlas automatically?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When a Logg trip ends, its countries and cities count toward your Atlas stats, badges and travel score automatically.

How do I get a refund?
