Most mail clients ask a server what you have and make you wait for the answer. Carreh Mail keeps a local index and paints from it immediately, then reconciles with every connected account in the background.
You see sync where it is useful and nowhere else: a line telling you which account last checked in, and nothing spinning in your way.
Your existing providers keep your mail. Carreh Mail keeps an index and a cache, never the only copy of a message.
Disconnect an account, or stop using Carreh Mail entirely, and the mailbox is exactly as you left it.
Google and Microsoft accounts connect over OAuth with a token you can revoke. Credentials for any other mailbox are yours to withdraw at any time.
If you already use Carreh, Mail is added to the account you have. If you start here, the same account works in every Carreh product afterwards. Mail receives who you are and your Mail plan, and nothing else.
When it opens there will be no free tier, no annual plan and no discount for paying ahead. The price is the same every month for as long as you use it, and it buys the whole product rather than a tier of it.
Nothing is sold about you, which is the reason it costs anything at all.
