By submitting a travel insurance request through the Carreh platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms contained in this document. These terms govern the relationship between you and Carreh Travel with respect to the travel insurance assistance service.
1Intermediary Role
Carreh Travel acts solely as an intermediary assisting clients in obtaining travel insurance from third-party insurance providers.
- Carreh Travel does not issue or underwrite insurance policies.
- All insurance policies are issued by licensed and reputable insurance providers such as Allianz or other trusted global insurers.
- Carreh Travel's role is limited to facilitating the application and purchase of insurance on your behalf.
2Insurance Provider Responsibility
All coverage, claims, benefits, and policy conditions are the sole responsibility of the insurance provider that issues the policy.
- Any insurance claims, disputes, reimbursements, or coverage questions must be directed directly to the insurance provider.
- Carreh Travel does not manage, process, or adjudicate insurance claims.
- Carreh Travel is not a party to the insurance contract between you and the insurer.
3Service Fee
Carreh Travel offers assistance in obtaining travel insurance for a fixed service price of €319.
This price covers:
- Processing your insurance request
- Coordinating with insurance providers on your behalf
- Delivering the insurance certificate to your Carreh client dashboard
This is a service assistance fee charged by Carreh Travel, separate from any insurance premium. The total cost you pay is €319 inclusive.
4Payment and Processing
- Once a client submits an insurance request, Carreh Travel will contact the client directly to arrange payment.
- Insurance will only be purchased and processed after full payment has been received and confirmed.
- Orders that remain unpaid for more than 7 days may be cancelled without notice.
- There is no online payment system — all payment arrangements are made directly with a Carreh representative.
5Insurance Certificate Delivery
- Once the insurance has been successfully purchased from the provider, the official insurance certificate will be uploaded to the client's Carreh dashboard.
- Clients will be able to view and download the certificate from their account at any time.
- Certificate delivery is subject to processing time by the insurance provider, typically 24–72 hours after payment confirmation.
6Coverage Duration
The travel insurance provided through Carreh Travel:
- Is valid for one year from the date of purchase by the insurance provider
- Provides worldwide travel coverage
- Specific coverage details, exclusions, and conditions are determined by the issuing insurance provider's policy terms
7Refund Policy
⚠️ Non-Refundable Service
Once the insurance policy has been purchased from the insurance provider on your behalf, the Carreh service fee is strictly non-refundable. Carreh Travel cannot cancel or refund insurance policies issued by third-party providers. By requesting and paying for this service, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
8Client Responsibility
- Clients must ensure that all information submitted during the insurance request process is accurate and matches their passport information exactly.
- Incorrect information may result in delays, policy issues, or claim disputes.
- Carreh Travel is not responsible for errors, delays, or policy problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
- It is the client's responsibility to review the insurance certificate upon receipt and notify Carreh Travel of any discrepancies promptly.
9Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an insurance request through the Carreh platform, the client confirms that they have:
- Read and understood all terms contained in this document
- Accepted that Carreh Travel's role is limited to intermediary and administrative assistance
- Acknowledged that the service fee of €319 is non-refundable once the policy is purchased
- Agreed that all insurance claims and policy matters must be directed to the insurance provider directly
