Client Service Agreement

Agreement Scope

This agreement applies automatically when a client submits a request or purchases a service on the Carreh platform. By submitting a request or purchasing a service through Carreh, the client agrees to this service agreement.

Service Nature

Carreh provides concierge and travel assistance services including:

• Visa application preparation and management
• Travel insurance assistance
• Trip planning and itinerary creation
• Personal shopping and delivery services
• Luxury car rental booking
• Hotel reservations for visa applications
• Flight itineraries for visa applications
• Portuguese NIF application
• Portugal company formation

Carreh acts as a facilitator and does not control third-party providers or government authorities.

Client Obligations

Clients must:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Provide valid and genuine documentation
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Attend embassy appointments if required

Failure to comply may delay or cancel services without refund.

Visa Applications

Visa decisions are made solely by embassies or immigration authorities. Carreh does not guarantee visa approval. Carreh's service fee covers the preparation, review, and management of the application process.

Non-Refundable Services

All services provided by Carreh are non-refundable once processing has begun. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Third-Party Responsibility

Carreh is not responsible for actions, policies, or decisions of third-party providers such as embassies, insurance companies, airlines, hotels, or car rental companies.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of France.
