Carreh operates as a travel technology and service facilitation platform. Carreh may provide services directly or coordinate services through trusted third-party partners. Carreh is not responsible for the operational performance of third-party providers but will act in good faith to coordinate and manage services on behalf of the client.
All requests submitted through the platform are considered service inquiries until confirmed. Submission of a request does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings become confirmed only after a quotation has been issued, an invoice has been generated, and full or partial payment has been successfully received.
Prices displayed or quoted may vary depending on availability, seasonal demand, supplier pricing, location and service complexity. Carreh reserves the right to revise quotations prior to payment confirmation.
All payments must be made through the payment methods provided on the platform. Services requiring advance payment will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the request.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider. In general, confirmed bookings may be non-refundable and last-minute cancellations may incur full charges. Carreh reserves the right to charge administrative fees related to cancellations or booking modifications.
Carreh shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, delays due to external circumstances, or force majeure events including weather, strikes, or governmental restrictions. The client agrees that Carreh's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Clients must provide accurate information when submitting service requests. Providing false or incomplete information may result in service cancellation. Clients are responsible for complying with local laws, travel requirements, and identification requirements.
Carreh reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
By submitting a request or booking a service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
private vehicles offered through the platform are provided by verified rental partners. Carreh acts as a booking facilitator between the client and the vehicle provider.
Drivers must hold a valid driver's license, meet the minimum age requirement set by the rental provider, and provide identification and documentation if requested. Certain vehicles may require drivers to be 25 years or older.
Rental partners may require a security deposit prior to vehicle delivery. The deposit amount depends on the vehicle category and is refunded according to the provider's policy.
Vehicles are typically covered by the partner's coverage policy. Clients remain responsible for deductibles, damages caused during rental, and violations or fines incurred.
Vehicles must not be used for racing or competitive driving, illegal activities, or by unauthorized drivers. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental.
The client is responsible for any damages occurring during the rental period unless covered by coverage. Inspection reports may be conducted before and after rental.
All traffic violations, fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the client.
Vehicle delivery and pickup locations must be confirmed in advance. Late returns may result in additional charges.
Confirmed vehicle reservations may be subject to strict cancellation policies depending on the rental partner.
Flights booked through Carreh are governed by the dedicated Carreh Flight Booking Terms & Conditions, which apply in addition to these Terms of Service. The key points are summarised below; the full Flight Terms govern in the event of any inconsistency.
Carreh lets you search for and book flights operated by third-party airlines. Carreh is not an airline and does not operate any flight. Your contract of carriage is with the operating airline, and the flight is governed by that airline's Conditions of Carriage and the specific fare rules shown to you before you pay. Bookings are created with the airline through Carreh's technology and payment partner, Duffel, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified; card details are handled by Duffel and are not stored by Carreh.
Flights can be booked and managed only in the Carreh mobile application. The website may let you search and view results, but any booking, payment, change, cancellation or management of a flight takes place exclusively in the app. This is a deliberate security measure to protect you and to reduce fraud.
All charges are made in euros (EUR). Prices may be displayed in other currencies at an indicative live exchange rate, but the amount charged is in EUR. The price shown is an all-in price covering the airline fare, applicable taxes and charges, and Carreh's service fee. Prices and availability come from the airline in real time and can change until a booking is confirmed; any change is shown to you for confirmation before a charge is made.
Each fare has its own rules on refundability, changes and baggage. These are set by the airline and shown before payment. Changes and cancellations are subject to those fare rules and are requested from your Manage-booking page in the app. Carreh's service fee is non-refundable, as it covers the booking service already provided.
These points are a summary only. The complete terms governing flight bookings, including schedule changes and cancellations, optional extras, Cancel For Any Reason, your responsibilities, Carreh Euros, liability, data protection and mediation, are set out in the Carreh Flight Booking Terms & Conditions. For any flight question, contact us at support@carreh.com.
Carreh travel eSIM data plans are governed by the dedicated Carreh eSIM Terms, which apply in addition to these Terms of Service. The key points are summarised below; the full eSIM Terms govern in the event of any inconsistency.
A Carreh eSIM is a prepaid, data-only mobile connectivity plan delivered digitally as an eSIM profile (a QR code and manual installation details). Unless a plan states otherwise, it provides mobile data only and does not include voice calls, SMS or a phone number. Your device must be eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked; confirming compatibility before purchase is your responsibility.
An active Carreh account is required to purchase and manage an eSIM, retrieve your QR code and track your usage. eSIM purchases are also subject to the Service Availability and Restricted Regions policy below, which applies to where the customer is located, not to travel destinations.
Unless a plan states otherwise, the validity period begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the coverage area, or on the activation trigger shown on the plan. Each plan includes a fixed data allowance; unused data does not roll over and is forfeited when the plan expires or the allowance is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
Coverage is provided through local mobile network operators via Carreh's connectivity partner. Coverage, availability and data speeds depend on those operators and local conditions and are not guaranteed in every location. Networks may experience interruptions outside Carreh's control.
eSIM prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Your eSIM is provisioned only after payment has been successfully authorised and captured; if a payment cannot be captured, the order is not fulfilled.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided the eSIM has not been installed or activated, no data has been used, and the plan has not expired. Because an eSIM is a digital product consumed on use, a plan that has been installed, activated, used or expired is not eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law or where the eSIM was faulty and could not be resolved.
Carreh eSIM plans are for lawful personal travel use. Commercial resale, systematic redistribution, permanent roaming and bulk automated use are not permitted unless agreed by Carreh in writing. eSIM connectivity is delivered in partnership with our connectivity provider and the underlying network operators, and use may also be subject to their terms. Carreh acts as the merchant and your point of contact.
Our Unlimited Data Plans provide unlimited data usage throughout the validity period of your plan. To ensure a reliable and fair experience for all users, these plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy imposed by our network partners.
Each Unlimited plan includes a daily allocation of high-speed data. Once the applicable high-speed allowance for your plan has been reached, your connection speed may be reduced for the remainder of the daily usage period. Reduced-speed data remains available, allowing you to continue using services such as messaging, email, web browsing, and maps, although bandwidth-intensive activities such as HD video streaming or large downloads may be affected. Your high-speed data allowance automatically resets every 24 hours during the validity of your plan.
Actual speeds, network availability, and any traffic management measures may vary depending on your destination, local network conditions, coverage, and our network partners' policies. Unlimited plans are intended for reasonable personal travel use only and must not be used for resale, commercial redistribution, network abuse, automated traffic generation, or any activity that negatively impacts network performance. We reserve the right to apply reasonable network management measures where required by our partners or applicable law.
These points are a summary only. The complete terms governing the purchase, activation and use of Carreh eSIMs, including device requirements, installation windows, liability and governing law, are set out in the Carreh eSIM Terms. For any eSIM question, contact us at support@carreh.com.
Carreh accounts and purchases are not available to customers located in, registered in, or accessing the service from the following countries and territories: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Venezuela, and Haiti. Carreh may decline to open an account, suspend an existing account, or cancel an order where it determines that a customer is located in one of these countries or territories.
Attempting to circumvent this restriction, including through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking tools, or by providing false location information, is prohibited and may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and forfeiture of any non-refundable amounts to the extent permitted by law.
This restriction applies to where the customer is located, not to travel destinations. Destination products, for example, eSIM data plans covering the countries listed above, remain available to eligible customers located elsewhere.
Carreh may update the list of restricted countries and territories at any time, without prior notice, to reflect applicable sanctions, legal, regulatory, or risk considerations. The version published on this page applies.
