Carreh operates as a concierge and service facilitation platform. Carreh may provide services directly or coordinate services through trusted third-party partners. Carreh is not responsible for the operational performance of third-party providers but will act in good faith to coordinate and manage services on behalf of the client.
All requests submitted through the platform are considered service inquiries until confirmed. Submission of a request does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings become confirmed only after a quotation has been issued, an invoice has been generated, and full or partial payment has been successfully received.
Prices displayed or quoted may vary depending on availability, seasonal demand, supplier pricing, location and service complexity. Carreh reserves the right to revise quotations prior to payment confirmation.
All payments must be made through the payment methods provided on the platform. Services requiring advance payment will not be confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the request.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider. In general, confirmed bookings may be non-refundable and last-minute cancellations may incur full charges. Carreh reserves the right to charge administrative fees related to cancellations or booking modifications.
Carreh shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers, delays due to external circumstances, or force majeure events including weather, strikes, or governmental restrictions. The client agrees that Carreh's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
Clients must provide accurate information when submitting service requests. Providing false or incomplete information may result in service cancellation. Clients are responsible for complying with local laws, travel requirements, and identification requirements.
Carreh reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
By submitting a request or booking a service, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Concierge services may include reservations, personal shopping, event arrangements, logistics coordination, and other lifestyle assistance services. Carreh acts as an intermediary coordinating services with third-party vendors when necessary.
Concierge services depend on availability of suppliers, venues, and partners. Carreh does not guarantee availability for requested reservations or experiences.
Certain concierge services may include service fees, supplier charges, delivery costs, and reservation deposits. These will be communicated in the quotation.
Reservations such as restaurants, events, or experiences are managed by external providers. Carreh cannot guarantee the quality, policies, or operational decisions of these third parties.
Many concierge bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Deposits paid to suppliers may be non-recoverable.
Clients must comply with venue policies, event rules, and applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.
For shopping or delivery concierge services, clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and customs compliance when applicable.
Luxury vehicles offered through the platform are provided by verified rental partners. Carreh acts as a booking facilitator between the client and the vehicle provider.
Drivers must hold a valid driver's license, meet the minimum age requirement set by the rental provider, and provide identification and documentation if requested. Certain vehicles may require drivers to be 25 years or older.
Rental partners may require a security deposit prior to vehicle delivery. The deposit amount depends on the vehicle category and is refunded according to the provider's policy.
Vehicles are typically covered by the partner's insurance policy. Clients remain responsible for deductibles, damages caused during rental, and violations or fines incurred.
Vehicles must not be used for racing or competitive driving, illegal activities, or by unauthorized drivers. Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of the rental.
The client is responsible for any damages occurring during the rental period unless covered by insurance. Inspection reports may be conducted before and after rental.
All traffic violations, fines, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the client.
Vehicle delivery and pickup locations must be confirmed in advance. Late returns may result in additional charges.
Confirmed vehicle reservations may be subject to strict cancellation policies depending on the rental partner.
Bespoke trip planning includes customized travel planning, itinerary design, and coordination of travel services such as accommodations, transportation, and experiences.
Actual travel bookings may be fulfilled through third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, tour providers, and transportation companies.
Trip planning may include planning fees, booking deposits, and supplier payments. Prices may fluctuate based on availability and travel dates.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the required passports, visas, travel insurance, and health documentation. Carreh is not responsible for denied travel due to missing documentation.
Changes requested after itinerary confirmation may incur additional charges.
Carreh is not liable for service interruptions caused by airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or other travel suppliers.
Travel disruptions due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions are outside Carreh's control.
Cancellation policies depend on the specific travel providers involved in the booking. Refunds may be limited or unavailable depending on supplier policies.
