Due to the nature of the services provided, all services are non-refundable once payment has been made and processing has begun.
Non-refundable services include:
Visa refusals do not qualify for refunds. Visa decisions are made solely by immigration authorities, and Carreh has no control over embassy decisions. Carreh's fee covers the preparation and management of the application, not the outcome.
Custom service invoices (for personal shopping, car rental, etc.) are also non-refundable once paid.
If you wish to cancel a service before processing has begun, please contact support@carreh.com immediately. Cancellations after processing has started are not eligible for refunds.
