Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and improve your experience.
The Carreh website uses cookies to:
If you visit from the European Union, the rest of the European Economic Area (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You can accept all, reject all, or choose per category, and you can change your mind at any time (see “Withdrawing or changing your consent” below). Your choice is stored locally in your browser under carreh_cookie_consent.
If you visit from anywhere else, analytics is switched on without a banner, and you can switch it off at any time with the Cookie settings button. To know which applies, the page asks our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which country your connection comes from. Only the answer (consent needed or not) is kept, in your browser, for the rest of your visit, under carreh_consent_region. If the country cannot be determined, we ask for your consent. A choice you have made always applies, wherever you are.
These are required for the site to work and are set without consent, as permitted by law. They cover secure login and session management (Supabase authentication), remembering your selected language, and remembering your cookie choice itself. The site cannot function properly without them, so they cannot be switched off.
Carreh’s own first-party analytics, which help us understand how the website is used, for example pages visited, sessions, and approximate location, device and browser. Where consent is needed, these are only activated if you allow them, and no analytics data is sent until you do. Elsewhere they run until you switch them off.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure how many people visit the site. If you visit from the European Union, the rest of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, it runs only after you allow analytics; elsewhere it runs until you switch analytics off. Your IP address is truncated before it is stored, and we have switched off Google Signals and advertising personalisation, so the data is not used to build an advertising profile of you. Google acts as our processor for this. Turning off Analytics stops it.
These would let us measure advertising and marketing campaigns. We do not currently use any marketing cookies; this category is included for transparency and future use, and stays off unless you enable it.
You can review or change your choices at any time using the Cookie settings link, or via the small “Cookie settings” button shown at the bottom-left of every page. Turning off Analytics stops any further analytics collection going forward. You can also delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings; note that certain features (such as login and the client dashboard) rely on strictly necessary cookies and may not work without them.
