Is Carreh Flight Outlook the same as my airline saying the flight is delayed?
No, and we never present it that way. Official status comes from the airline and appears in its own block. Carreh outlook is our read of conditions around your flight and is always labelled as ours. When we see risk and the airline has not filed a change, we say so in that sentence.
Where does the aircraft and airport data come from?
AeroDataBox, normalised into one flight record on our side. Every surface in the app reads that same record, so your card, your notification and your Lock Screen never disagree.
What if there is no reliable data for my airport or aircraft?
We leave it out. Carreh does not guess, and it does not show a warning it cannot support. A layer with no data simply does not appear.
Does Carreh know whether my bags are checked through my connection?
Only if we have a source that can determine it. We will not claim your bags are through-checked, or that you must clear immigration or security, on a guess.
Can I see intelligence for my friends’ flights?
Yes, for the people whose trips you already follow, and only within what they have chosen to share. Premium unlocks the intelligence; it never overrides someone’s privacy settings.
Will this make my phone busier?
It should make it quieter. Intelligence alerts fire on a change of state, not on every data refresh, and once your airline confirms an event the normal alert takes over so you are not told twice.
