A Carreh eSIM is a prepaid, data-only mobile connectivity plan delivered digitally as an eSIM profile. Unless a specific plan states otherwise, Carreh eSIMs provide mobile data only and do not include voice calls, SMS, or a personal phone number. Each plan covers a defined data allowance, coverage area, and validity period, as shown on the plan at the time of purchase.
After a successful payment, your eSIM is provisioned and delivered as a QR code and manual installation details. These are sent to the email address you provide at checkout and are also available in your Carreh account. Carreh is not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address, or by spam filters or mailbox settings outside Carreh's control.
Carreh eSIMs require a device that is eSIM-capable and carrier-unlocked. It is your responsibility to confirm that your device supports eSIM and is unlocked before purchase. Carreh cannot guarantee compatibility with every device, and a device that is incompatible, locked, or restricted by its original carrier may be unable to install or use the eSIM.
An active Carreh account is required to purchase and manage an eSIM. This allows you to retrieve your QR code, track your data usage, and top up or manage your plan.
You agree to provide accurate account and contact information. Carreh may decline, suspend, or cancel an order where information is inaccurate, or where an order is flagged by Carreh's fraud-prevention checks.
eSIM purchases are subject to Carreh's Service Availability and Restricted Regions policy set out in Carreh's general Terms of Service. This restriction applies to where the customer is located, not to travel destinations: destination eSIM plans covering restricted countries remain available to eligible customers located elsewhere.
Unless the plan states otherwise, the validity period of an eSIM begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported mobile network in the coverage area, or on the activation trigger described on the plan. Once validity has begun, it runs continuously until it ends, regardless of whether the full data allowance has been used.
Each plan includes a fixed data allowance available for the duration of its validity period. Unused data does not roll over and is forfeited when the plan expires or the allowance is exhausted, whichever occurs first. Additional data may be purchased as a top-up where available.
An eSIM profile should be installed within a reasonable period after purchase. Some eSIM profiles have an installation deadline set by the underlying network provider; where this applies, it is shown on the plan. A profile that is not installed within its installation window may expire.
Coverage is provided through local mobile network operators in each destination via Carreh's connectivity partner. Coverage, availability, and data speeds depend on those operators and on local conditions, and are not guaranteed in every location within a coverage area.
Network technology (for example 5G, 4G/LTE, or 3G) and achievable speeds vary by location, device, network congestion, and operator. Where a plan is subject to a fair-use policy or speed management, this is described on the plan. Carreh does not guarantee any particular speed.
Mobile networks may experience interruptions, maintenance, or degraded performance outside Carreh's control. Such interruptions do not, by themselves, entitle you to a refund except as required by applicable law.
eSIM prices are shown in euros (EUR) at the time of purchase and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price payable is the price displayed at checkout when your order is confirmed.
Payments are processed securely by Carreh's payment processor. Your eSIM is provisioned only after payment has been successfully authorised and captured. If a payment cannot be captured, the order will not be fulfilled.
A purchase is confirmed once payment is captured and your eSIM has been provisioned. Your confirmation, QR code, and order details are available by email and in your Carreh account.
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that the eSIM has not been installed or activated, no data has been used, and the plan has not expired. Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Because an eSIM is a digital product that is consumed on use, a plan that has been installed or activated, has had any data used against it, or has expired is not eligible for a refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where the eSIM was faulty and Carreh was unable to resolve the issue.
As device compatibility is your responsibility, an inability to install or use an eSIM due to an incompatible, locked, or restricted device is not by itself grounds for a refund once the QR code has been revealed. We encourage you to confirm compatibility before purchase and to contact support if you need help.
To request a refund or report a problem with an eSIM, contact Carreh at support@carreh.com or through the contact form. Please include your order details so we can assist you quickly.
You agree to use the eSIM only for lawful personal use and in compliance with the laws and regulations of the country in which it is used, and not to use it in any way that harms the network, other users, or Carreh's connectivity partner.
Carreh eSIM plans are intended for personal travel use. Commercial resale, systematic redistribution, permanent roaming, machine-to-machine or bulk automated use, and any use that circumvents fair-use or anti-fraud measures are not permitted unless expressly agreed by Carreh in writing.
Carreh or its connectivity partner may suspend or terminate an eSIM that is used in breach of these terms, that is flagged for fraud or abuse, or where required by a network operator or applicable law.
Carreh's eSIM connectivity is delivered in partnership with our eSIM connectivity provider and the underlying mobile network operators. Carreh acts as the merchant and your point of contact, and coordinates support on your behalf.
Use of the eSIM may also be subject to our partner's Terms & Conditions and the terms of the relevant local network operators. Where those terms apply, they operate alongside these eSIM Terms.
For any question or issue relating to your eSIM, contact Carreh directly at support@carreh.com or through the contact form. In line with Carreh's contact policy, support is provided by email and through the contact form only.
The eSIM service depends on third-party mobile networks and is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Carreh does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location within a coverage area.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carreh shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a network interruption, loss of coverage, or degraded performance caused by a network operator or by circumstances outside Carreh's control. Carreh's total liability for any claim relating to an eSIM shall not exceed the amount you paid for that eSIM. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Carreh may update these eSIM Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the service, its connectivity partner, or legal or regulatory requirements. The version published on this page applies to purchases made while it is in effect.
These eSIM Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the law of your country of residence.
