The outlook uses only three readings, low disruption risk, elevated delay risk and high disruption risk, and always appears in its own block beside the airline's official status. When Korean Air still shows On time and our read is elevated delay risk, we say both, and we never confuse the two.
Sometimes the problem is not your flight, it is the airport. No, and we never present it that way. Official status comes from the airline and appears in its own block. Carreh outlook is our read of conditions around your flight and is always labelled as ours. When we see risk and the airline has not filed a change, we say so in that sentence.
