Two different things get called loyalty in travel, and Carreh keeps them apart.

Carreh Euros are Carreh’s own credit, earned on flights and eSIMs booked with Carreh. Frequent flyer programmes belong to the airline, and Carreh’s job there is to pass your number on correctly. This page covers both, and is clear about where one ends and the other begins.

How it works

Four membership levels

Your level follows what you have spent with Carreh on flights and eSIMs over time. It is not a points balance, so spending your credit never lowers it.

  • Traveler, from the start, 5% back
  • Explorer, from €20 of lifetime spend, 6% back
  • Globalist, from €70, 7% back
  • Platinum Globalist, from €200, 10% back

Every level is free. There is nothing to join and no card to apply for.

What Carreh Euros are, and are not

One Carreh Euro is worth one euro at checkout, and they do not expire.

  • Spendable on flights and eSIMs booked through Carreh
  • Not airline miles, and not transferable into any airline programme
  • Promotional credit with no cash value, reversed if the order is refunded

Earning and spending are covered in full on the Carreh Rewards page.

Your frequent flyer number, passed to the airline

At checkout, each traveller can add one frequent flyer number, and Carreh sends it to the airline with the booking.

  • You choose from the airlines actually on your itinerary, so the number reaches a carrier that can use it
  • One programme per traveller, per booking
  • Carreh names the programme where it recognises the carrier, such as Flying Blue, Miles & More, Executive Club or MileagePlus

Carreh does not track your airline balance. It does not read your points, your tier or your expiry dates, and it does not keep the number for next time. Whether the miles are credited is between you and the airline.

Frequently asked questions

Are Carreh Euros the same as airline miles?

No. Carreh Euros are Carreh’s own credit, worth one euro each at Carreh checkout. They are not miles and cannot be moved into an airline programme.

How is my membership level decided?

By what you have spent with Carreh on flights and eSIMs over time. It is lifetime spend rather than a points balance, so spending your credit does not lower your level.

Does Carreh track my frequent flyer points?

No. Carreh does not read or display any airline balance, tier or expiry date. It passes the number you enter to the airline with your booking, and that is all it does.

Does Carreh remember my frequent flyer number for next time?

Not today. You enter it during checkout for that booking. Saving numbers for reuse is not something Carreh does yet.

Which programmes can I use?

You choose from the airlines on your own itinerary. Carreh names the programme where it recognises the carrier, and otherwise records the number against the airline code.

Do I have to pay to reach a higher level?

No. Membership levels are free and separate from Carreh Premium. They move with what you book, not with a subscription.

Do Carreh Euros expire?

No. They stay in your balance until you spend them. They are promotional credit with no cash value, and they are reversed if the order they came from is refunded.
